Please fill the Payment form with all details of Puja service, fee and Sambhavana offered to priest. Make one checks Payable to SV Temple. As per IRS regulations, all priest sambhavana paid back to priest via monthly Pay role
For Puja Services, please pay by Check to S V Temple or pay by credit card via Pay pal on the temple website. Cash payment is not preferred for Puja Services.
